You’ve got places to glow and people to see on Halloween. With a few quick cuts, some German tissue paper and our gift bags, you can make a glowing goodie bag that will be the light – and life – of your Halloween bash.

1. Take one of our kraft or decorative gift bags and place a cutting mat or a piece of cardboard inside to prevent from cutting through to the other side. Trace and cut out your image (use our template if you want to).

2. Now, take a piece of German tissue paper and tape it to the inside of the bag. Use lighter colors to let your light shine through.

3. If you’d like, replace the handles with something a little more festive, such as orange ribbon.

4. Put a tall glass votive inside the bag (be careful with fire!) or a battery-powered LED light and watch as these bags set the whole room aglow!
