SHIPPING POLICIES
Most in-stock items will leave our facilities within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delays will be communicated within 1 business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern time on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Shipping fees are determined by your order subtotal, selected speed of delivery and destination.
Any product specific amendments to delivery times are noted on product detail pages.
Please note that items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. You will be notified on product detail pages or with a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock.
When shipping an order to a gift recipient, please check the ‘Add a Gift Note’ box when reviewing items in your shopping bag/cart. Special return instructions and a gift receipt will be included with the order.
Promotions that include free shipping will be shipped via UPS ground and only in the contiguous United States. Unfortunately this offer does not include orders shipping internationally.

STANDARD UPS GROUND DELIVERY
Standard delivery is available on orders going to the contiguous United States only.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, delivery may take between 4-8 business days. We use UPS as our accepted shipping method. For delivery to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (F.P.O. and A.P.O.), orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. The same pricing chart applies for both USPS and UPS shipping methods.

UPS 3 Day Select is available on orders going to the contiguous United States only.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, delivery may take between 3-4 business days. Most orders placed before 2:00 pm on a business day leave our warehouse by 4:00 pm of the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm will not ship until the following Monday.

We manually review delivery options for international orders and consider the best shipping option available to limit your costs. The chart below is an estimate of the cost for international shipping. The shipping fees below will be included in your credit card authorization; however, we will only settle your account with the actual – final costs.
