Return Policy

Returns

Kate’s Paperie gladly accepts merchandise for return within 21 days when items are sent back in the original unopened packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The original packing slip and return form are required to process your return. We suggest that you make a copy of the aforementioned paperwork for your records. Please include all required paperwork so as not to delay the return process.

We are not responsible for uninsured packages. Please insure your return.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns on any paper. This includes decorative paper, gift-wrap, cut-sheets, cards, envelopes, and Envelopments. We do not accept returns on any personalized merchandise. Also, sale items are final sale.

If you prefer, you may return your online purchase to one of our retail store locations. Please be aware of the fact that our retail store associates are unable to issue credit to your credit or debit card in the store for the return of an online purchase. Our associates will forward your package to the appropriate department as a convenience to our customers and your return will be processed within five business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
Arrangements for an exchange may be made by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-809-9880.

Gift Recipients
Should you need to return a gift, please follow the instructions for returns at the top of this page. A store credit or gift card will be issued for gift returns and may then be used in one of our retail store locations or for orders placed over the phone.

Defective and Incorrect Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon delivery. All damaged and incorrect orders must be reported to our Customer Service department within 14 days. We will replace or refund your purchase due to material defects or damages in instances where the carrier is not responsible. Please retain a copy of the packing slip and your invoice. To return damaged or incorrect items, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-809-9880.

International Customers
Our international customers should contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-809-9880 to make arrangements for returns and exchanges.
