What products are available online?

We offer a large selection of items at katespaperie.com, but not all store items are available online. If you are unable to locate the item you wish to purchase, please contact our customer service department.

ONLINE ORDERS

• Browsing:
1. Look for the “Shop for” tab navigation menu at the top of any page to narrow your selection.
2. Select one of the tabs at the top of any page. You can browse/navigate further by using one of the Sub-tabs. Every tab and sub-tab has further areas of the site mapped out down the left-hand side, as well, so there’s plenty to explore.

• Search:
Try entering a keyword, phrase or item number into our Search Box, and click “Search.”

• Shopping Bag:
Clicking on an image or title of an item will take you to the product page. This page lists all the details about the item so you can review them before you make your purchase. If the item is in multiple colors, sizes or styles, you will see a pull down menu. Select the combination(s) of items you like and then, click the “ADD TO BAG” button to reserve this item for purchase. You can add as many products to your basket as you like. During your shopping experience, you may at any time click on “Shopping Bag or Checkout” to view your reserved items. When you are ready to checkout, you can click on “Checkout” link at the top right hand corner of the page.

• Checkout:
At Checkout, you can review your items (add or delete items), add gift message and gift-wrap option, personalize greeting cards where necessary, and continue shopping if the need arises. A button at the bottom of the page will take you to a page where you can create an account. You may also Sign-in if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping As a Guest. When you have made your Sign-in choice, you will complete a form with your billing and shipping information. Upon completing this form, just click Proceed to Payment. Here you will enter your credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express credit card) number. A subsequent confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

You can also place your order by calling us at 800.809.9880. Our office hours are M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm. If you don’t reach us, please leave us a message, we will respond within 1 business day.

 

CATALOG ORDERS
We do not have a printed or electronic catalog available at this time.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS
If there is a product you cannot find on our website, please call or email us. We will let you know if it is something we can get for you. Special orders cannot be returned unless there is a material mistake on our end or if items were received damaged.

 

SALES TAX
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders with a shipping address of New York or Massachusetts.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following:

• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network.

• We cannot process gift cards or store credit for online orders just yet, but this feature is coming soon.

• Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders, or gift certificates for online purchases. If you would like to pay with a gift certificate please call us at 800.809.9880.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

• After you make a purchase, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation containing your order number within a one 1 hour.

• As a registered customer, you will be able to review the order history for all your online orders.

• You may also review the status of your order by viewing “Order Status.”

 

ORDER TRACKING
With order tracking you can easily see where your packages are on their journey to your designated shipping address. You can see what you bought, when you bought it and for whom you bought it.

 

INVENTORY STATUS
We do our best to offer up-to-date inventory status on our website. All orders are on a first come, first served basis.

 

GIFT WRAP AND MESSAGING

• Gift Wrap – $4.95
There’s nothing like the wonder and delight of receiving a beautifully wrapped gift! During the checkout process you may specify if an item is a gift.

• Gift Message – Free
Include a message of 8-12 words with your gift, free of charge. Limited to one complimentary gift message per shipping destination.
