- Most in-stock items will leave our facilities within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delays will be communicated within 1 business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM Eastern time on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Shipipng fees are determined by your order subtotal, selected speed of delivery and destination.
Any product specific amendments to delivery times are noted on product detail pages.
Please note that items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. You will be notified on product detail pages or with a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock.
Promotions that include free shipping will be shipped via UPS ground and only in the contiguous United States. Unfortunately these offers cannot currently include orders shipping internationally.

Kate's Paperie LLC., does not store credit card information. When ordering online, this information is sent directly to the authorizing banks. Credit card information should never be sent through email as it is not considered sercure.

Kate's Paperie does not knowingly accept personal information from any child. - Return Policy
Kate's Paperie gladly accepts merchandise for return within 21 days when items are sent back in the original unopened packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The original packing slip and return form are required to process your return.We suggest that you make a copy of the aforementioned paperwork for your records. Please include all required paperwork so as not to delay the return process.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns on any paper. This includes decorative paper, gift-wrap, cut-sheets, cards, envelopes, and Envelopments. We do not accept returns on any personalized merchandise. Also, all sale items are final sale.
If you prefer, you may return your online purchase to our retail location. Please be aware of the fact that our retail store associates are unable to issue credit to your credit or debit card in the store for the return of an online purchase. Our associates will forward your package to the appropriate department as a convenience to our customers and your return will be processed within five business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Should you need to return a gift, please follow the instructions for returns stated earlier. A store credit or gift card will be issued for gift returns and may then be used in a retail location or for orders placed over the phone.
Defective and Incorrect Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon delivery. All damaged and incorrect orders must be reported to our Customer Service department within 14 days. We will replace or refund your purchase due to material defects or damages in instances where the carrier is not responsible. Please retain a copy of the packing slip and your invoice. - We offer a large selection of items at katespaperie.com, but not all store items are available online. If you are unable to locate the item you wish to purchase, please contact our customer service department.

Clicking on an image or title of an item will take you to the product page. This page lists all the details about the item so you can review them before you make your purchase. If the item is in multiple colors, sizes or styles, you will see a pull down menu or additional options. Select the combination(s) of items you like and then click the 'ADD TO CART' button to reserve this item for purchase. You can add as many products to your cart as you like. During your shopping experience, you may at any time click on 'VIEW CART' or 'CHECKOUT' to view your reserved items. When you are ready to checkout, you can click on the 'Shopping Cart' link at the top right hand corner of the page.
At Checkout, you can review your items (add or delete items), add gift message and gift-wrap option (if available), and continue shopping if the need arises.You may register for an account, sign-in if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping as a Guest. When you have made your sign-in choice, you will be prompted for your billing information, shipping information, preferred shipping method and payment information. A subsequent confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.
We do not have a printed or electronic catalog at this time.
If there is a product you cannot find on our website, please call or email us. We will let you know if it is something we can get for you. Special orders cannot be returned unless there is a material mistake on our end or if items were received damaged.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders with a shipping address of New York or Massachusetts.

- We cannot process gift cards or store credit for online orders just yet, but this feature is coming soon.

After you make a purchase, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation containing your order number within 1 hour. As a registered customer, you will be able to review the order history for all your online orders. You may also review the status of your order by viewing 'Order Status'.
With order tracking you can easily see where your packages are on their journey to your designated shipping address. You can see what you bought, when you bought it and for whom you bought it.
We do our best to offer up-to-date inventory status on our website. All orders are on a first come, first served basis.
